Peer-2-Peer Support Group
If you are facing challenges working at home or trying to balance between working and being a parent all under one roof, or trying to cope with everything that is going on, you are not alone.
Every Friday, we have a peer-to-peer support group session led by Dr Anila Paul. This is a time when we can come together to share, listen and chat with others; a time when we can get together to provide one another with support, and find ways to cope with any stressful things that are affecting us.
We request that once you register, to please show up. If you are unable to join after you have registered, please let her know.
