Ma Pwint is a professional marketer, adventurer, mother and living to inspire. She is currently working as marketing director at Yoma Land. She has aimed her sights in marketing and branding for the last 20 years . She is also in love with Yoga and her personal mission is to develop harmony in mind, body and environment. She got Yoga instructor license in May and spend many hours to practice. With this second wave of Work from Home, she has arranged regular classes in the morning at 8-9 am. Her morning classes involve strengthening and purifying the body with different breathing techniques, intense yoga to build endurance by doing series of postures in one continuous movement and lastly, the relaxation part of yoga.
