Yoma Car Share, one of the first IoT projects in Myanmar

When we talk about Yoma Car Share, if a person has never heard of it, the response is always “Really?”, “You can do that?”, “In Myanmar?”, “How?”, etc. The surprise and the incredulity give you a thrill and the satisfaction you get when the person goes ahead, uses our services, and gives feedback of “amazing.” Yoma Car Share is the brainchild of Yoma Fleet in bringing IoT (Internet of Things) to the people of Myanmar. Our goal is to “build a better Myanmar for its people” through technology and bring the standard to the next level.

So, what exactly is Yoma Car Share?

Yoma Car Share is a self-drive hourly to monthly car rental that is cashless, keyless, contactless, system automated, and available nationwide. From making the reservation to payment, the system is managing seamlessly, giving us the operational efficiency in offering better services.

We are always thinking about how to make our users’ journey easier and more flexible. We introduced the tap card system to access our cars in 2018 and the app in 2019. In 2022, we upgraded our app with Yoma Car Share 2.0 and introduced a Yoma Car Share Driver app, an app for our user’s travel companion to access the car.

We are not stopping here and upgrading the app regularly with versions using the Agile (Scrum) methodology.

PLUS+ by Yoma Fleet – Easier, Faster, Smarter Lease-to-Buy Program in Myanmar

It all started with a “Phone”.

At Yoma Fleet, we wanted to be a part of Yoma Group’s People Initiative 2020 program. We came up with the idea that every Yoma employee should have access to a smartphone without the need to use expensive and cumbersome financing providers. We launched YOMA+ in November 2020 for Yoma employees in collaboration with Yoma Group HR to lease-to-buy phones and tablets through monthly repayment from their salary. By 2022, YOMA+ is now called PLUS+ by Yoma Fleet. We have onboarded 25 organizations on PLUS+, and it is growing. On PLUS+, employees can lease-to-buy consumer electronics, hotel and travel packages, cosmetics, healthcare, and education services.

There is no document required and our turnaround time from order submission to approval is within 1 day and collection 2-3- days after, positioning PLUS+ as an Easier, Faster, and Smarter lease-to-buy program.

All organizations access our products and services from the same portal. PLUS+ allows operations, HRs, suppliers, and employees to use the same system and technology making PLUS+ unique and user-friendly.

PLUS+ started out as an MVP (minimum viable product) but it has grown so much. We continue to incorporate the feedback for improvements and will soon be introducing an upgraded version of PLUS+ with an app.

ကျွန်တော်တို့ Yoma Fleet ရဲ့ Yoma Car Share ကို စတင်မိတ်ဆက်ခဲ့တုန်းက တကယ်လို့ ဒီအကြောင်း တခါမှမကြားဖူးတဲ့ လူတစ်ယောက်အနေနဲ့ဆိုရင် ‘တကယ်လား’ ‘အဲ့လို လုပ်လို့ရတယ်?’ ‘မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာလေ ..’ ‘ဘယ်လိုမျိုးလဲ’ စသဖြင့် အမြဲလို ပြန်မေးတတ်ကြတာမျိုး ကြုံရလေ့ရှိပါတယ်။ အဲဒီ့နောက် လူတွေက ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ Service ကို အသုံးပြုကြည့်ပြီး အရမ်းအဆင်ပြေကြောင်း feedback တွေ ပြန်ရတဲ့အခါမှာတော့ သင့်အနေနဲ့ မယုံကြည်နိုင်လောက်အောင် တအံ့တသြနဲ့ စိတ်လှုပ်ရှားမှု၊ ကျေနပ်မှုတွေနဲ့ အပြုံးတွေ ရရှိစေပါလိမ့်မယ်။ Yoma Car Share ဟာ မြန်မာပြည်သူလူထုဆီသို့ Yoma Fleet က သယ်ဆောင်လာပေးတဲ့ IoT (Internet of Things) နည်းပညာအခြေပြု Project တွေထဲက တစ်ခုပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ ရည်မှန်းချက်ကတော့ အဆင်မြင့်နည်းပညာတွေ၊ လူနေမှုအဆင့်အတန်း အသစ်တွေနဲ့ မြန်မာပြည်သူလူထုအတွက် ပိုကောင်းတဲ့ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကို ဖော်ဆောင်ပေးနိုင်ဖို့ပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Yoma Car Share ဆိုတာ သင်ငှားလိုသည့်ကားများကို ကိုယ်တိုင်မောင်းစနစ်ဖြင့် သော့မလို၊ ငွေသားချက်ချင်းပေးချေရန်မလိုပဲ အလိုအလျောက်စနစ်ဖြင့် နာရီပိုင်းမှ လပိုင်းအထိ ငှားရမ်းနိုင်သည့် ကားအငှားဝန်ဆောင်မှုဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Yoma Car Share သည် အသုံးပြုသူများအတွက် ကားငှားရမ်းသည့်အချိန်မှစ၍ ငွေပေးချေသည်အထိ လွယ်ကူမြန်ဆန်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်စေရန် အမြဲတစေ ကြိုးစားလျှက် ရှိပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့သည် ၂၀၁၈ ခုနစ်တွင် Tap Card ဖြင့် ကားတံခါးအဖွင့်အပိတ် ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရန် အဆင့်မြင့်တင်နိုင်ခဲ့ပြီး ၂၀၁၉ ခုနစ်တွင် Mobile Appliation ကို စတင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။၂၀၂၂ ခုနစ်တွင် Yoma Car Share 2.0 ကို အဆင့်မြင့်တင်ခဲ့ပြီး အသုံးပြုသူများအတွက် Driver App ကိုပါ ထည့်သွင်းခဲ့ပါတယ်။

Yoma Car Share ဟာ ဒီနေရာမှာပဲ ရပ်တန့်နေမှာ မဟုတ်ဘဲ Agile Methodology နည်းပညာတွေကို အသုံးပြုပြီး System ကို ပုံမှန် upgrade ပြုလုပ်ပေးနေမှာပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် ပိုလွယ်၊ ပိုမြန်၊ ပိုကောင်းသော ငှားရမ်းမှုအစီအစဉ် PLUS+

ကျွန်တော်တို့ Yoma Fleet ဟာ Yoma Group ရဲ့ People Initiative ၂၀၂၀ အစီအစဉ်မှာ အစိတ်တစ်ပိုင်းတစ်ခုအနေနဲ့ ပါဝင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အရင်က Yoma ဝန်ထမ်းတွေဟာ အရစ်ကျစနစ်နဲ့ ပစ္စည်းဝယ်ယူတော့မယ်ဆိုရင် အတိုးနှုန်းများပြီး စာရွက်စာတမ်းလိုအပ်မှုများပြားတဲ့ ငွေကြေးဝန်ဆောင်မှုလုပ်ငန်းများကို အသုံးပြုခဲ့ကြရတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့်မို့ ဖုန်းထဲကနေ လွယ်လွယ်ကူကူ ပစ္စည်းဝယ်ယူနိုင်ဖို့ စိတ်ကူးရခဲ့ပြီး Yoma Group HR နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းကာ Yoma ဝန်ထမ်းများအတွက် YOMA+ ကို စတင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒီလိုနဲ့ ၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ် နိုဝင်ဘာလမှာ YOMA+ ကို မိတ်ဆက်ခဲ့ပြီး Phones နှင့် Tablets များကို ဝယ်ယူစေခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ၂၀၂၂ ခုနစ်တွင် PLUS+ by Yoma Fleet ဟု အမည်ပြောင်းခဲ့ပြီး ယခုအခါ Yoma Group သာမက အခြား အဖွဲ့အစည်း ၂၅ ခုကျော်အထိ ဝန်ထမ်းများအတွက် ပစ္စည်းများကို ငှားရမ်းဝယ်ယူနိုင်နေပြီ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ယခုအခါ PLUS+ တွင် ဝန်ထမ်းများသည် အီလက်ထရွန်းနစ်ပစ္စည်းများ၊ လူသုံးကုန်ပစ္စည်းများ၊ အိမ်သုံးပစ္စည်းများ၊ ဟိုတယ်နှင့် ခရီးသွားပက်ကေ့ဂျ်များနှင့် အခြားဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို ငှားရမ်းဝယ်ယူနိုင်နေပြီဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အလှကုန်၊ ကျန်းမာရေးစောင့်ရှောက်မှုနှင့် ပညာရေးဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို PLUS+ တွင် မကြာမီရရှိနိုင်တော့မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

PLUS+ မှာ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုနှုန်းထားသက်သာပြီး စာရွက်စာတမ်းများစွာ မလိုအပ်ဘဲ အော်ဒါတင်ပြီးသည့်အချိန်မှစပြီး လူကြီးမင်းတို့ထံပစ္စည်းလက်ဝယ်ရရှိမှုကို ၂ရက် – ၃ရက်အတွင်း လွယ်ကူလျှင်မြန်စွာဆောင်ရွက်ပေးနေပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ PLUS+ ဟာ စျေးကွက်မှာ လွယ်ကူမြန်ဆန်ပြီး ပိုမိုစမတ်ကျသော ငှားရမ်းဝယ်ယူမှုအစီအစဉ်အဖြစ် ရပ်တည်နေပါပြီ။

PLUS+ ဟာ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ ဝန်ထမ်းတွေ၊ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ အဖွဲ့အစည်းက HR ဝန်ထမ်းများ၊ Supplier များနဲ့ အဖွဲ့အစည်းများက ဝန်ထမ်းတွေအတွက် ပစ္စည်းများကို လစဉ်ပေးစနစ်နဲ့ ဝယ်ယူနိုင်မယ့် System တစ်ခုပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ PLUS+ တွင် မတူညီတဲ့လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များကိုဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ပြီး ကောင်းမွန်ပြီးစနစ်ကျတဲ့နည်းပညာကိုအသုံးပြုထားလို့ PLUS+ ကို အသုံးပြုရတာဟာ ထူးခြားပြီး လွယ်ကူစေပါတယ်။

PLUS+ သည် Yoma Fleet နှင့် Group HR တို့ကြား ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ပြီး MVP (အနည်းဆုံး ရနိုင်သော ထုတ်ကုန်) တစ်ခုအဖြစ် စတင်ခဲ့သော်လည်း PLUS+ ဟာအချိန်တိုအတွင်းမှာ အလွန်တိုးတက်လာခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ဟာ သုံးစွဲသူများရဲ့အကြံပြုချက်များကိုလက်ခံပြီး မကြာမီ ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်တဲ့ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများအပါအဝင် ပြန်လည်မွမ်းမံထားတဲ့ ဝဘ်ဆိုက်အသစ်နှင့် မိုဘိုင်းအက်ပ်အသစ်တစ်ခုနှင့်အတူ PLUS+ ၏ အဆင့်မြှင့်တင်ထားသောဗားရှင်းကို မကြာမီ မိတ်ဆက်ပေးတော့မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Yoma Connect PassKey Feature

Yoma Connect is proud to announce the addition of a new security feature – the Passcode Option – to its mobile app. This feature provides an extra layer of protection for your account and ensures that your data remains secure. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to enable the Passcode feature:

Step 1 – Open the YC mobile app and navigate to the “Office” menu.

Step 2 – Click on your profile to access your profile information.

Step 3 – From your profile information page, select the “Settings” menu.

Step 4 – In the “Settings” menu, under the “Security” option, you can enable the “Passcode” button and set up your passcode number.

Step 5 – Once you’ve set up your passcode, try opening the app, and a pop-up box will prompt you to enter the passcode.

Yoma Connect PassKey Feature

Yoma Connect အနေဖြင့် mobile အက်ပလီကေးရှင်းအတွက် ထပ်မံထည့်သွင်းထားသော လုံခြုံရေး Passcode feature အသစ်အား မိတ်ဆက်ခွင့်ရသည့်အတွက် ဂုဏ်ယူမိပါသည်။ ၎င်းသည် သင့်အကောင့်နှင့် ဒေတာအချက်အလက်များအပေါ် လုံခြုံမှုပိုမိုတိုးလာစေမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ mobile app တွင် ထို Passcode Feature ကို လုပ်ဆောင်ရန် အောက်ပါအဆင့်များအတိုင်း လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ပါသည်။

အဆင့် ၃ – profile စာမျက်နှာမှတစ်ဆင့် “Settings” ကို‌ ရွေးပါ။

အဆင့် ၄ – “Settings” မီနူးထဲရှိ “Security” အောက်တွင် “Passcode” ခလုတ်ကို နှိပ်ပြီး သင့်လျှို့ဝှက်ကုဒ်နံပါတ်ကို သတ်မှတ်နိုင်ပါသည်။

အဆင့် ၅ – ထိုသို့ လျှို့ဝှက်ကုဒ်ထည့်သွင်းပြီးသည်နောက် app ကို ဖွင့်ပါ။ လျှို့ဝှက်ကုဒ်ရိုက်ထည့်ရန် pop-up box တစ်ခု ချက်ချင်းကျလာမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

Dynamic Lock

Window 10 တွင် သင့်ကွန်ပျူတာကို လော့ခ်ချရန် နောက်ထပ်နည်းလမ်းတစ်ခု ထပ် ရှိပါသည်။ Dynamic Lock Feature သည် သင့် PC ကွန်ပျူတာကို ဘလူးတုခ်မှ တစ်ဆင့် ဖုန်းဖြင့် ချိတ်ဆက်လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်စေပါသည်။ Device နှစ်ခုသည် တစ်ခုနှင့်တစ်ခု နီးကပ်စွာရှိမနေသော အခါမျိုးတွင် သင့်ကွန်ပျူတာစခရင်သည် အလိုအလျောက် လော့ခ်ကျသွားမည် ဖြစ်သည်။

Window 10 တွင် Dynamic Lock ကို လုပ်ဆောင်ရန် :

ဘလူးတုခ်ကို အသုံးပြု၍ သင့်ဖုန်းနှင့် ကွန်ပျူတာကို ချိတ်ဆက်ပါ။
Window Settings ကို ဖွင့်၍ Account ကို ရွေးပါ။
Sign-in options ကို ရွေးပါ။
သင့်ကွန်ပျူတာ device များ၏ အဝေးတွင် ရှိနေသောအခါ အလိုအလျောက်လော့ခ်ဖြစ်ခြင်းကို ခွင့်ပြုရန်အတွက် Dynamic Lock အောက်ရှိ checkbox ကို အမှန်ခြစ်နှိပ်၍ ရွေးပါ။

Dynamic Lock လုပ်ဆောင်ရာတွင် သင့်ဖုန်းကို သင်နှင့်တစ်ပါတည်း ယူဆောင်သွားရန် မမေ့ပါနှင့်။

AR မျက်မှန်များ၏ အနာဂါတ်

Microsoft 365 Copilot ကို မိတ်ဆက်ခြင်း

Copilot သည် Microsoft Graph နှင့် Microsoft 365app တို့တွင် LLM (LargeLanguageModels) စွမ်းအားကို ပေါင်းစပ်ထားပါသည်။ Copilot ကို နည်းလမ်းနှစ်မျိုးဖြင့် Microsoft 365 တွင် ထည့်သွင်းထားပြီး နေ့စဉ် အသုံးပြုနေသည့် Microsoft 365 app များတွင် ထည့်သွင်းအသုံးပြုနေသည့် Word၊ Excel၊ PowerPoint၊ Outlook၊ Teams စသည့်တို့ နည်းတူ လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ပါသည်။

Copilot ၏ LLM စွမ်းအားကို အသုံးပြု၍ Microsoft 365 အက်ပ်များနှင့် သင့်ဒေတာများ၊⁠ ပြက္ခဒိန်၊ အီးမေးလ်များ၊ chat များ၊ စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ၊ အစည်းအဝေးများ အစရှိသည့် အချက်အလက်တို့ကို လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်တော့မည်ဖြစ်သည်။

Dynamic Lock

With Windows 10, there is one more way to lock your computer. The Dynamic Lock feature lets you pair your PC with your phone via Bluetooth. When the two devices aren’t close to each other, your computer screen will lock automatically.

To set up Dynamic Lock in Windows 10:

Pair your phone with your computer using Bluetooth.
Open your WindowsSettings and select Account.
Select Sign-in Options.
Select the checkbox for Allow Windows to automatically lock your device when you’re away under Dynamic Lock.

You must remember to carry your phone with you when you walk away for Dynamic Lock to work.

The future is here with AR glasses

The release of Meta’s AR glasses is part of a broader push by the company to expand its presence in the AR and VR markets. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has said that he believes AR and VR will be the next major computing platform, and that his company is investing heavily in these technologies in order to be at the forefront of this shift.

Latest news says Meta’s first true AR glasses are expected to hit the market in 2027. The project, codenamed Orion, has been in development for eight years. You can give it natural language prompts like “Tell my team how we updated the product strategy,” and it will generate a status update based on the morning’s meetings, emails and chat threads.

With Copilot, you’re always in control. You decide what to keep, modify or discard. Now, you can be more creative in Word, more analytical in Excel, more expressive in PowerPoint, more productive in Outlook and more collaborative in Teams.

GitHub data shows that Copilot promises to unlock productivity for everyone. Among developers who use GitHub Copilot, 88% say they are more productive, 74% say that they can focus on more satisfying work, and 77% say it helps them spend less time searching for information or examples.
