CEO Message – Salary Reduction

Many have asked me about the salary reduction. I want to announce that we have decided to extend the current salary reductions until March 2021.

I know this is a difficult situation that affects many of you and your family. But I want to thank many of you who have expressed strong support to me in the past months – it is heartwarming to feel that we are all in this situation together, and that the Yoma Family has become closer together as a result.

Each business will be notified by their HR team on the salary arrangement. For those who need help, your HR team will also discuss each situation to provide assistance.
